cant get seal lvl limit

ok i did the first part of epic and went to turn in copper medal but dumul wont give me the seal i get threw the text but still no seal?
Is there a lvl limit OR something i perhaps and doing wrong

any info would be great

You didn't mention your level. But yes, you cannot do the epic before level 50 or 51 (forget which) as of some patch a while back. Originally, it was twinkable at level 1 with the right support.

im lvl 50 so that may be the problem thanks for your info  :-D

You can do the very first part of the dialogs at 50.

However, you cannot turn in the Copper Medal of War to Dumul unless you are level 51 or above.
