Cripple Parse, part 1

Hmmm,  I thought

  • AGI was avoidance only.
    Dex was proc rate and chance for skill increase.
    Accuracy was based on skill and level, but not Dex.

(Had no idea what drives flurry or rampage.)

That's for players.  For players, flurry rate (as a %age of swings) is only affected by AAs, not by any stats.

The degree that cripples reduce these abilities (and for some, even *if* they do) aren't in any parses that I've seen....I'm starting to try and get a set of things I want to parse during beta, and the more I think about these, the more questions I get.
