Where and how of Chronographer Muon?

Hi All,

My guild is about to enter TIME.  But according to the progression chart, we're supposed to hail Chronographer Muon in PoI, after making our key.  Where in PoI is this NPC?  How hard is it to get to him?  I remember that zone having lots of see-invis mobs.  Thanks for your help!

Hiya also grats on time. After makeing your key useing the 4 item combine vial. Head to poi and you need to enter the factory. Once you pass the door of the factory you wanna make a left and towards the back of that room in the left corner is a red npc that looks like the named in poi shiney white metal looking dude. Have him on target and say "yes" you and also your group mate's will be ported to a one way section of poi. You should see a bridge cross that and then on the ground their's a gnome with a like dome machine behind him click on that machine with your Quintessence of Elements in your bag and you will zone into plane of time and recive your last character flag. After this is done then you can zone into time the usualy way along the beach in potranq near the poi windmill.
