Its 1ppm on average, Binkkie. You might want to read the whole thread because we already went over this. There's a chance you'll proc 5 times in a row. Its a tiny chance, but parse for a year and it'll happen. That doesn't change the average. For every time you proc 2x in a min you'll also go a minute without procs at all
