warder fury or alacrity?

Did a search on fury or alacrity for the warder. If Im not mistaken the general consensus seems to be fury before alacrity? Thoughts on this subject? Is it worth it to dabel in each or max out one then switch to the other.

I'd get the first couple ranks of alacrity, then do fury maxed before going back to alacrity.
