ATM I can't make my mind betwein Tick skin, Imp Bestial Frenzy and Feral Swipe.

I mostly solo to PL my monk nowadays ans I am lvl 70. I don't have TSS yet and can,t really affort it on both account for now.

IBF, hands down.

Feral Swipe, hands down.  30 dps increase straight out of the box.  It'll be worth more up front than IBF w/ those weapons, I'd say.  I'd certainly get IBF right after that however, if you're sticking w/ non-TSS AAs.

And after those, if you like

Persistent minion(if you suspend your pet)
Roar of Thunder 1(for runners or debuffing.. nice to have even at rank 1)
Fetter of Spirits(if hobble is giving you any doubts, and is getting you killed.  Its still random but imo much better).

IBF and Feral swipe still are better than my suggestions though.

feral swipe sucks less you get the upgrade jagged claws and IB is great and would suggest that also
