Question: Third Spire - stacking issues?

During raids, I usually get put into a melee group (rng/zerk/bard/mnk/shm/bst), so I hit third spire. However, it gets blocked 20% of the time. I have NO idea what blocks it.

Anybody know of any stacking issues with third spire?

Never use third spire in any situation. Even if it hit the entire raid, it would still be outparsed by a single kick.

Oh? I've never actually done any parse for with/without.

So, first spire instead of third spire?

Second spire will do the most damage, then first in situations where that would not be the case for some reason, such as pet is dead.

Thanks for the input. The only time the pet ever dies is when the monk in my group forgets to put his aura up :P.

There was a pretty good parse somewhere on the boards here about the returns.  2nd was intially thought to be the worst, then 1st, then 3rd.  Then the parse came in & told us that 3rd really really sucks (like ferocity level of dps increase), 1st is a nice static increase, and 2nd, given only a few procs which usually happen, is best.
