EP Ring Events?

Hi all

My guild recently got access to the Elemental Planes, and have so far been trying some of the ring events in PoEarth. However, every single time we defeat one of these rings, only a PH for the boss spawns.

If any of you have some information about how to see if the boss is actually up, it would be greatly appreciated.

For the PoEarth rings, there is no real way to see if they are up.  Only
real way is to know what day it was last killed, wait out the respawn
and hope it pops the day ya kill it.

The only good thing about that is if ya want to spawn Arbitor, ya don't
have to wait for all named to be up.  He can pop even when all PHs
spawn, just has to be on his spawn day.

Ring events in PoAir have Apparitions now so you can have a tracker
zone in and quickly check the rings.

You don't need the real Arbitor for PoEb flags either.  You will still get a Planar Projection if you kill his Placeholder.  For once, Sony made a decision in game design that wasn't aimed at slowing down consumption of content.

Ring events in PoAir have Apparitions now so you can have a tracker zone in and quickly check the rings.

How I wish Sony would make this change to Earth A.
