ED primary, HotT secondary will blow away any of the other combinations.

ED mainhand will easily blow away Shinai in the mainhand, if you're curious. There are no pre-Uqua weapons that can touch it for raw DPS.

What DOES outdps the ED, anyways?  Assuming max skill and offensive AAs.  I have Spiked Fists, and parsing doesn't show them to be any upgrade for me.

ED is the choice of highaggro

DoD is the choice of low aggro

HotT is the choice of stats

oh yea for dps ED then HotT then DoD

Just prepare to be extremely disappointed in the Timeweaver proc, however.

I am. The pet misses about 90% of the time and when it does hit its usually only 1 time for between 35-400. Talk about lame. Anyone ever parsed the hammer proc and come up with proc rates, hit/miss ratio and DPS?

Proc rates are hard to parse for the pet weapons since there's no message when they go off.  You'd have to manually watch for them to appear and that sucks.

I was doing a quick parse for other reasons (was testing something and I needed ferocity to be up the entire time so I only parsed in 9 min chunks), and I happened to check the total damage for the SPF proc and the the Timeweaver proc (both mainhand).

SPF total damage (9 min 5 sec) = 14,087
Timeweaver total damage (9 min 4 sec) = 9,732

Again, those parses weren't for the purposes of comparing the pet dps specifically -- they were for something entirely different.  But I was extremely surprised at how terrible the timeweaver proc turned out to be.
