Problem with key phrase to say to get another seal

I have failed the permafrost  bear fight when i was 55th level.  
I've been trying to figgure out what to say to dummul to get another coin.
can't make him respond to me anyone know the exact key phrase to get another coin?  Any help would be appreciated
