New Aug -- Where to put it?

I just got a new aug tonight, 4 damage.  Where am I going to get more dps, primary or secondary?

Current Weapons:

Blessing (Primary) 2.0 (Secondary)

Bagged Weapons:

Cogblaster
Cryptwood Tonfa
Icedancer

Put it in blessing, keep in primary.  Assuming your CE isn't enough to have coggy outdps blessing/tonfa.

One other question - do you run w/ overhaste often enough that Blessing oudpses Tonfa for you?  Blessing + aug = 1.842 ratio, Tonfa + aug = 1.888
