where are item with slot 3 augment? is there one that is relativly easy to get?

Many are sold in the bazaar.  But, if you are able to get access to this item, finding a slot 3 item will be the least ofyour worries.

For the higher raiders - have you seen pet foci on any raid drops?

I haven't seen any on gear yet, but either one of the raids, or one of the voids (probably both), unlocks Major Dyadic Quartz.
