hobble and somethings ive noticed

Personnaly I feel that hobble needs to have some kind of neg resist mod added to it.  For the amount of aa's it costs,  the loss of dps and stun effect, and the inadequate amount of slowing it does do for mobs that move at bard speed ..... wth is it getting resisted so much for me?  

I rarely use Hobble since I have the sap encrusted branch instead.  I bought it just to use for say pet kiting in like fire solo... well thats bunk.  It just doesnt seem to stick much at all and quite frankly I feel cheated out of my aa's.  

I also play on Rallos Zek (a pvp server) EVEN with the new pvp resist changes this spell bounces like 100% of the time.  It could use alot of love before I goto SOE offices and show them how a real wolf hobbles its prey.  (j/k about going to SOE)
