I've duoed him, both with a healer and with another Elemental geared BST. (Died once trying with a pre-elemental partner.)

I went in with a 68 mage, a 67 bard, a 66 dru, and myself.  We let the mage's pet and the warder tank him since the bard and myself both tied at ~6k hp and the pets did a better job than us.  He went down easy though.  Aramin, the bard just hit it with multiple aggro non-dmg spells while I ran past, back out, and we evacced.

Looking at your equipment, you would probably need a time+ druid or a elemental+ cleric.  If you tossed in a decent dps class to help you with it, you would probably only need an elemental+ druid for the fight.
