There seems to be a quest to add another aug slot to our epic in dreadspire, well, at leas the questgiver resides there, the quest itself could be in the final zone (Dreadspire is not the final zone of course).

No, he doesnt answer to "epic" if you have only a 1.5 on you. You have to have a 2.0 to get the quest text so i guess you wont see something if you have 1.5 and hand in the page.

rumor in my guild is this is the setup for the next expansion that will introduce quests for new epics
