Not sure if this will help any for the pet chart...  Tested it today in response to a question about focuses in another thread.
Will also test Uluanes HP when focused with RS soonish..

Regen is per tick, unfocused, no buffs.  The pet has to not be highest on any aggro list to regen.. this means you can stand in after pet has tanked a bit and pet hold, and the regen WILL kick in.
No buffs were used aside from Arag's celerity on some of the lower pets for the max hits.... just so they would hit more than once per century.
Testing was done in PoInnovation on regular zone mobs.

Given that before TSS ooc regen change went live, unfocused pets 9-64 regened at 1-2% per tick... and focus bestowed a 3-5% boost to this..
Given that before TSS, unfocused Allandu and Rashara regened at 7% of their base HP per tick, and didn't really receive any boost from focus that I saw, but could be wrong.
Given that it appears they have given a global pet boost of 10% per tick of base HP(or maybe 10% of current HP), I'm not sure how Allandu and Rashara and to a lesser extent Uluanes receive such higher regen rates....
Well I'm more puzzled than I was before.

Giving Allandu Amilian, Vim, and Epic 1.5  brought his regen down to 16%
Giving Khurenz Amilian and Vim brought his regen down to 7-8%

RS focused Uluanes 2% life remaining enraged on a Poinnovation mob.

597 heal also = 6% of warder life


I get a range of 9950-10050 from about 4-5 healing tests altogether.
