Scout timers and servers down

Just wondering, when a server goes down for less than an hour, does this affect the spawn timers on all the scouts?
I just need the FG fight for my epic 1 and my server went down for just under an hour yesturday.

The timers have most likely been reset. Although, I suppose that it is possible that a server could be taken off-line, but not reset... sort of like just pulling the network cable from it, or maybe maintenance needed to be done for a router that goes to that server; in which case, the server itself may not have been brought down.

Who knows.  :-D

Well about 36 hours after the server came back up, from going down for about an hour, Scout Halmia in FG showed up finally.

So maybe even if the servers go down for a short time, it might reset the Scouts.
