Strarting my Epic,,,,WHAT FUN

Hi all,just a question from any of you that have complete your 1.0 Epic,how the heck do you get the medal?Me and my guild did the camps and no medal dropped,,,he just kept taking us back to the same camp or a different one and after reading the Epic guide here,see what maybe went wrong,but if anyone has any ideas please let me know.Thanks!

If you complete a mission and hail the Captain he will give you many other missions until you have done all 10 of them.

I did from mission one to 10 and I only saw the medal drop in missions 7 - 9. That's not to say they do not drop on the others, just I didn't see any.  Others have also said going around and killing the Courier guy that he drops it too.  I can confirm that he does drop it, albeit rather rare.

On FV server when I did this the camps were fubared.  I could not get them to take me to any camps.  So I kept camps 1 - 3 cleared without getting any missions.  A courier spawned 3 times over about 20 total hours of clearing and the 3rd one had my medal.

I must of gotten lucky my medel droped on the first camp and the first thing I looted.. hehe
