Starting Level

I was helping my brother work on his Beastlord Epic, so that he could get a jump on it.  The weapons proc at like lvl 48 I think, but you have to be level 52 to start the quest? is that correct?  that seems a bit backwards doesn't it?  We got him his copper medal of war, and he can't turn it in, because Dumal says he isn't strong enough to continue the quest.  

Did they nerf it again?

Used to be that you could do the entire quest at level 1, if you could get the drops and the help.

I believe it was changed a few months ago so you have to be at least 51 to hand in the medal. (possibly 50, I haven't checked.)

Well, he's 49 now, I will have him do the turn in on each level, and post what level can make the turn in.

You could get the 4 other drops needed. That should be some good xp for him so at the end of the day he has epic components + is closer to being able to do the initial turn-in. Am sure you have thought of that though.
