I pm'd Elidroth awhile (months) ago and asked him to change the illusion slot on self only BA, to allow easier use of illusions in general, and he said he'd see what he could do.  I don't expect anything, of course, but /shrug.

Moving self BA illusion to slot 2 would allow it to be used with regular illusions and won't block much at all, that is the same place Guardian illusion, Rabid Bear and Shammy Dreamwalk illusion are in.

Wurine blocks not only enchanter 2nd spire, but also geomantra clickie buff still iirc.
From the look of it it's slot 9 which doesn't stack.

Second Spire of Enchantment
Slot Description
6:  Increase Mana Pool by 1000 
9:  Increase Mana by 300 per tick  

Geomantra V
Slot Description
1:  Mitigate Spell Damage by 30%, 3000 total
9:  Decrease Mana by 6 per tick
10:  Decrease Endurance by 6 per tick

Pact of the Wurine
Slot Description
3:  Illusion: Werewolf
4:  Increase Chance to Hit by 20% with All Skills
5:  Increase Movement by 36% (L1) to 56% (L21) 
7:  Increase Mana Pool by 440 
9:  Increase Mana by 10 per tick
11:  Increase Max Hitpoints by 440
