they go to a iksar down in the southwest corner of draniks his name is Karsor the Mad location is -1670 -40

That is for the Oow runes, not the GoD spells. The guy you need to turn them into is in Abysmal Sea. For the life of me I can not remember the name, but a quick search of ala's would tell you :-)

For GoD runes, go to Reyfin Malakwa in Abysmal at 225, 290...should be the upper deck area, taelosian model.

Jelki Stone = Trushar's Mending

Eril Stone = Trushar's Frost

Yiktu Stone = Turepta Blood
