What ways are there to get internet and still receive calls at the same time over the same phone line?

Brungo

Verizon DSL

Cable modem service such as RoadRunnuner.

DSL, as Brungo mentioned.

Also, if you live in Europe, ISDN is pretty popular.

ISDN gives you 2 phonelines, each capable of 64kbit/s (well, at least over here). Those run over one line, if you add DSL you still use only one line and can get up to 8mbit (technical limit atm, its not offered over here, max is 3mbit) downstream on ADSL and 2 64kbit lines on ISDN. Since i cant get DSL without ISDN i have that combo although with a lower downstream on DSL (1mbit), dont really need a high bandwidth for EQ.

AFAIK ISDN is pretty uncommon outside europe though.
