Diamond Prism of Companionship, and pet buffs

Was just wondering, just starting beastlord so don't know squat about them except their the funnest class i've played so far, and was wondering about this DPoC and what it does exactly, i heard it increases pets level hits and stats, was just wondering after you summon pet can you still buff pet with your own buffs or is the effect on DPoC the pet buff, since i probably won't get into a time guild for along time the DPoC seems like a good investment.

It in no way interfears with your pet buffs. Because of a recent patch it raises the level of your pet by 1

Also the DPoC has a recommended level of 65 so I'm not exactly sure if anything gets reduced if you try to use it before 65.

Effects haven't been effected by level cap as long as you can put it on.  One of the things the change to AoB/FT/Veng/etc did was make it so that rec level can actually effect those things.  However, something like dusty girdle of reformed sand still focused DD's for a level 12 necro last I checked.  I know a couple beastlords that got the focus before 65 and it still worked for them.  Only thing is the item they put it on will become rec 65 so it might lose some stats.  

Basically it:
- Raises pet level by 1
- Increases max hps
- Huge boost to out of combat regen
- Raises pet's damage on most hits

There were other changes at different points in the DPoC's life, but that's about where it's at now.

Only works on 59+ pets though. So its useless for Beastlords until they get Spirit of Khati Sha, Spirit of Arag, or Spirit of Sorsha.
