I was wondering if the first part of the 1.5 (where you have to gather the parts) is MQable?

I have 3 pieces, except the 4th, roaring grass, that my friend accidentally looted.

It is not multiquestible...the turnin guy will refuse to accept anything unless all the parts are provided at once.

Multiquest of nodrop quest items have been designed out of all newer content, including the last several expansions, through one mechanism or another. So unless you're doing something old, they're mostly a thing of the past.

The roaring grass groundspawn in PoD respawns after 3 hours, I think. If you were smart, you camped yourself right in the corner where it spawns to wait.
