Order of mobs/drop?

What drops/mob can be done out of turn?

I'm stuck at the CT turn in, but want to move on ( at least until I can find a necro to help me or inlist a few people to come slaughter some lizards with me.)  Going to try to skip CT and do the WW Turn in first. Can I turn in the Drogmor Essence to Irionu? For instance?

This is what I have done so far.:

(X ) Shar Vahl: Talk to elder Animist Muada
(X) Gulf of Gunthak: Turn in 3 Blue Diamond to Savage Lord Hunter, recieve Taut Leather Patch
(x) Siren's Grotto: Kill An Ailing Walrus, loot Wildspirit Tear
(X) PoD Castle: Pick up Roaring Grass
(X) Riwwi: Pick up Petrified Gangshrub
(X) Turn in Taut Leather Patch, Wildspirit Tear, Roaring Grass, and Petrified Ganshrub to Muada, recieve A Pattern and Needle
(X ) Combine the items in Tailoring Kit, recieve Helm of the Feral

( ) Turn in 3 Ales (unstacked), and speak to Marrey McGrannel, recieve Feral Lord's Brooch

the letter turnins can be done in any order.  You can even farm the ultra-common PoN drop right now too.

EDIT: Did Nightmare took all of two kills to get drop.... First one didn't have it and on second pull two came and both dropped it.. so it's VERY easy drop. And the MOB.. sheeesh I brought my pocket cleric only to gate her out cause she had nothing to do..... Did Turn in in WW as well. Easy as pie.. So I'm STUCK at CT for now.  :x
