It actually looks like it's a spawned mob, meaning nobody has discovered it yet. According to the text there is a beastlord in Discord (OoW) who we must find, and he will help us to find the Girplan (by spawning it, probably).

I've been listening on serverwide.  Apparently you give Verika Sisslak the note in Dranik's Scar.  Then the mob spawns with a bunch of friends.  All are tethered.  Named I am told hits for around 600.  After it dies you gie him the essance and he gives you a letter.  That is all I have atm.

Where in Dranik is she/he?  Ran around the zone and couldn't find it, druid said he didnt have it on track

Yerika is untrackable.  He spawns at about -590, +50.  Iksar in what looks like chainmail.

Some really funky spawn times on this guy.  We assembled a group ready to take him out.  About 6 am(game time)  we are just otm and he despawns.    So we hypothesize that he will be up around 6 pm game time.  We wait..and wait..and wait...24 hours of in game time pass with no pop.

Either he doesn't spawn every night, he has some kind of phs, or something is weird with him.  Anyways, two very disappointed beastlords logging off for awhile.

Hit for around the 700's or so, can flurry and he summons.  Not sure if he can Harmtouch or something because the BL's warder was the first hit and fully buffed was at 10 percent instantly. We will be heading back for revenge kill after we add a few more to group
