That isnt right I think.  I've been waiting longer than that for her to spawn to no avail.  Oh well, back to waiting.

About two hours from what we saw also.

Definitely wasn't 2 hours for me. I sat at her spawn point for well over 4 hours several hours after I did the Dranik's Scar fight and I never once saw her respawn till the next day, around 26 hours after she had disappeared.
