turn in cloak results in her despawning 10 minutes after... 2 hours up, 2 hours down... so guestimating it's 2h 10 minutes after turn-in that she will pop up again and be ready for another turn-in, provided the previous fighter doesn't hand in the wrapped totem first making her despawn again for 2 hours...
