Need armour and pricing advice :)

Hello all, I am looking for some advice.  I was given this item from a friend, and it was given to him as well, but he does not know the value of it though.  The Scepter of Lightning is not usuable for my beastlord though, so I'm going to put it in the bazaar and use the pp I receive to buy some armour.  What price should I ask, and what replacement armour do you guys suggest?  I am fairly happy with my chest and leg pieces, but check my Magelo and let me know what should be the next upgrade.  Thanks :)  Heres the stats on the Scepter:
