CHoS good in M at 50?

According to the DPS spreadsheet, CHoS / LKoS is better than Zekhas / LKoS.  But that only seems to be true when CHoS procs.  If it doesn't proc during a fight, Zekhas seems to be better.

I'm just at a loss, I guess as I get higher and get higher dex buffs, CHoS will proc more, just want to make sure that conventional wisdom would agree with the DPS chart, that I'm better off with CHoS in MH over Zekhas.

Thoughts?
