Been trying to find what difference rank 2 adds to this. Seems to be same add to proc and dex adj, same cast time and mana? Any ideas?
The difference is the resist mod on the proc. rank 2 gets a -15 cold check and rank 3 -30 vs the 0 cold check o rank 1.
Extra damage too. Rank 1 is a 300 DD and rank 2 is a 313 DD
wow i have to say you learn something new everyday, i was under the impression that bst pet procs were lure based and not on a resist at all, making there hit or miss standard on all mobs. i'm really wondering now why i thought this.
well, they do land all or nothing, but the resist mod will make them have a better chance of landing, like the lure lines.
