I've been to this zone once and really enjoyed it.  What I wanna know is at what time can a beasty / druid go and duo here and is it really worth it exp / loot wise?

Since you would be doing spiders first the answer to this question is no and no. Spiders have 1 piece of loot thats worth getting thats the psc. In over 100 kills I have seen 1 drop.
