Focus Effects that impact weapon selection

I am getting the feeling that combat effects and accuracy might be the ebst bang for the buck, offensive wise. (until / if they fix ferocity for bsts/bards and then parses need be done, 15 pct chance increased by 9 pct fero III would be 16.35 chance erm)

I can't hit Monkly Business from here, but the accuracy parses there were... discouraging. Basically, any DPS improvement was lost within the margin of error, even after statistically significant sample sizes.
