Another off-hand question

I saw the velium inlaid claws in the bazaar for as cheap as I've ever seen them the other day (the reverse claw in the main hand iritated me, though), so I bought two, sold one to guildee at what I bought it for.

So I've got one left. I currently use the lazy man's SHO (16+1+1), and a hand of honor (25/31 with pretty decent stats and a 75pt lifetap).

Would you all bag the HoH for the VIC? The melee damage is a tad better, and a faster hitter, but the HoH has two procs on it (I've got the 100 cold dd on it atm) as opposed to the one I can throw on the ViC.

Or would yall sell back the SHO to vendors tomorrow, take the points and buy a 40hp augment, using the VIC in your mainhand?

Other minor considerations - I really am getting tired or the bubbly fist look, and was one of the reasons I bought the claws.
