Stun cap for Spirit of Flame

Anyone know the max level mob that Spirit of Flame can stun? Relic is lvl 61 but Lucy doesn't have that info on Spirit of Flame.

I would wager its about level 55. Maybe higher but not by much. Problem is after the mob gets a certain level, not worried about the stun effect if the effect even lands at all. Think it's 6 levels different where spells/effects have no effect on mobs.

all the stun procs before Rellic are lv 55 caps.  Rellic is lv 61 cap.  And Irionu is lv 70.
