Anyone notice that after the latest paches, where the cast duration was lowered that you fizzle a heck of a lot more. It's really getting annoying fizzling a 500mana spell.
I've also noticed this new fizzle rate. It is rather disturbing to me, even with a decent sized mana pool, this can stagger our dps if the fight or fights are long.
