At 68 BOT aaexp really sucks

Got on and had a friend on. We decided to quad box in BOT.  The zone was empty so we took the easiest camp, CY.  In the group was me at 68, Druid @ 66, Rogue @ 65, and Mage @ 63.  We killed for 4 hours. I made 1 aa. Druid, Rogue and Mage dinged 2 aa each in the same amount of time.

I soloed one out of group and got 3 blue tics on the kill.

I don't know whats up there, but I am going back tomorrow just for a final test. If it happens again I'll be sure to let you guys know. So you dont have to go there and put up with it as I did.

It's what happens when the high level con bonus stops working.  Stormriders are 61.  They are nice at 65, still good at 66 and once you ding 67 they fall way off.  HoH is similiar, but lots of the mobs there are 62, so come 68 they fall off.  Certain mobs aren't worth killing because they are just out of the high level bonus, but still have hps/damage that is much higher than what some mobs that are barely DB have.

HCB increases xp by 95% + 13% for every additional level difference.
When you lose high con bonus your xp drops by almost 50%

HCB appears to be applied after ZEM so it compounds the zone exp bonus.
