use find key for bard guildmaster... He is up there, thats how i was always get to him. use find then he is in the building open door and bamm
I use find for bard guildmaster as well however Muada is in the next building over...so you go past bard guildmaster and you will find Muada in corner behind the door...good luck!
Yes, Muda is behind the door of the room on top of the throne room.
Go in the door to the building with the King and tribute master, instead of going into the throne room where the Tribute master is, stay to the right and go down the hall, it will dead end and turn left, go up the ramp to the roof top, the door is on the right of the building room you see when you exit the ramp.
