Suggestions would be to maby take a look in your servers auction channel. There will be people that auction off rune turnins for a price. Although it may be a shot in the dark if you get the right spell, it may be cheaper if they have a bunch of runes to be able to turn in for you.
Or, just hold out for it to go up in the bazaar. lvl 65 spells are becoming cheaper and cheaper by the day.
