Getting another box from Dumul?

I know that we can get another seal from Dumul if we lose it, but I'm needing a box and can't seem to trigger him to give me one.  I don't recall if I had ever gotten a crate in the first place or if I ditched it somewhere along the way thinking I could just ask for another.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I don't think you can.  Redo the copper medal of war is the only way.

Well after how long it took me to get my first medal I was pretty discouraged to hear that.  But I decided to bite the bullet and head over to GF and start the farmfest over again.  Got there and there was a courier up already - and he dropped me another medal.  Needless to say I was very shocked  :shock:  and very happy!  Thanks for your reply  :D

When I found I was one shard down from Timorous Deep, I went to GF while waiting to get a petition answered.  I killed a hundred or so couriers over the week it took me to get a response - no medals.  I did get a shard back from the petition, however.
