Finally completed my epic at lvl 49 with 2 aa's only took about 7 month's to do with the guild and group of friends I have, and my on and off playing, but It was rather hard at times and even easier then soloing sometimes, but a thanks goes out to everyone that help me! THANK YA MUCH!!!

You cant get AA's until lvl 51

You cant do epic now until 51

Well, as for the AAs, he said in a different thread that he used to be over 51 but a "friend" sacrificed him down to 46.  As for the epic, I know they changed it so that you can't even start the quest until 51 or so, but perhaps if you already started it before 51 before the change, you can finish it?  Not sure if anyone's tried that.

I was able to start the epic quest at 50.  Prior to that, the npc that starts it off by asking you to deliver the book to Dumul won't speak to you.
