Forceful Rejuvenation question

The eqplayers description (I'm afk from game this week :-() of this AA says it resets certain spell recast timers. Does it also reset AA re-use timers? Are there some spells and/or AAs that don't get reset?

What do you think are the best uses for this ability?

Spell only. Didn't see any spell not affected in my regular raid setup.

I guess re-setting Bite would be about the only use.

On beta this effected Disc timers as well. Do we have confirmation that did not go live and it is only spells, or are we guessing?

Confirmed! I spend 7 AAs on useless ability, because thought it would refresh discs too. Forceful Rejuvenation works only on spell gems.

Dunno if this was a sarcastic comment, but refershing those once / hour? Yes, useless. Maybe if recast was like 10min it would be decent and would have actually made on my hotkey bar (other than the last page).
