Veterans Wrath

OK long time lurker first time poster here.  I had a question about Veterans Wrath aa's, mainly is it worth getting and if so how much of a difference do they make say lv 1 vs. rk 12? Does it do double crit dmg when maxed or roughly how much crit increase.

I ask this because I don't really know where to go offensive aa wise from here, magelo linked below.  I am sorely missing on defensive and many pet aa's, and i just picked up a few of the SoD utility aa's, but i am still interested in increasing my dps at thought VW might be a good step from here.  If i am wrong could someone point me to a more effective aa?

   I would say it all depends on your play style and such. But looking at your over all aa's I would say start some pet dps aa's and max paragon.
   From what i've seen (don't parse much) the pet aa's are a better over all dps boost and the stronger crits are more eye candy. I'd say go for pet flurries and such and then worry about VW. In my eperience my dps was increased quite a bit doing those aa.

Companion's Alacrity and Warder's Alacrity, both are flurry for pets.
