Weapon advice needed, please

I have two 1hb weapons; a smoldering brand and a 11/20 staff that procs a stun (I wish I remembered the name).  Any suggestions on which hand to hand weapons I should get that hit fast and don't have a recommended level?  I just need something to practice the skill with so it doesn't get left behind when I level.

FYI Recommended level will not affect the damage of a weapon it will appear red, but hit as if it is the full damage of the weapon,  I figured this out when I had a 7/17 1hs on my bard and it appeared as a 1/17 and hit for 20

If you're not looking to spend a ton of money, but still would like a quality weapon... a Sheetmetal Ulak is pretty good. 10/20 +2 Poison DMG and some bonuses.

For an even cheaper H2H weapon, you can also get a Sack Full of Rocks. 5/18 but it's very fast.
