Parser Recommendation

I have heard people talk about parsers as a tool for seeing how much damage you are really doing.  I have never used one.  Can anyone recomend a good one.  Also any tips on properly using one would be apreciated.  Thanks.

One I have heard of is http://www.yalp.org/  I do not personally use a parser, but now that you mention it, I feel the urge to download one, and would like to see what other people use and think is the best.

Yalp is a good parser. You should be able to find out the info needed to run in on the web page.
