Boots of the Khati Sha

OK .. I was gaming today and the link to these came up . So after I logged , I tried to see where they drop or if they are quested . I can find the item on line but no info on how to get em . Alakahzam is down as always .. so its the only place I can think of I didn't look . Someone help me out here ? These would be a great upgrade to my Wild Lords and my Captive Coin Sandles

The answer is : both!

There is a quest in PoK.  The Dwarf (Bor Wharhammer) wants several things for the quest, all of which are droppable and/or easy to find, with the exception of the main piece: Ornate Leahter Boot Pattern.

The Boot Pattern drops in BoT (Bastion of Thunder) form a named mini-boss.
