Convro Weapon Turn in...?

 I been told by a good many u can loot 2 weapons form convro turn them in for 1 weapon. if so witch npc i got like 4 weapons on oth my alts...

I'm pretty certain this is raid-weapons only.

I plainly dont know if it is raid only or grp weapons too. But the NPC is a dwarf lady in Kernagir.

ya i found the npc, it was only for raid weapons.

Look at quests for Kernagir on Allakhazam, there's a full write-up in there.  I can't recall the name of the NPC currently (given it's been months since I've been in-game)
