65 and bored, looking for decent soloable quests.

What are some decent (can be any zone) quests to do at 65, 38 AA's, and with crap gear (virtually all my gear is farmed, obtained from LDoN drops, or bought at LDoN merchants, like the 760 point leather in MM.)

I'm looking to mainly see about better gear, farming plat, or just random things, like the treasure chest quest in PoM,  scout quest in Skyshrine, or Kromrif military leggings with an ogre dummy alt.  I also like finding random quests another class can use (harvester is a low-level one, as well as old world sol ro armor to give to a newbie who doesn't have better.)

I spent a long time plowing AA, and LDoN points, looking to take a break from the treadmill for a couple days, but don't feel like tradeskilling.

When I took a break a couple of weeks ago, I got my druid her epic for fun, with my beastlord, of course.  No, no gear for me but that was fun. :)

Try the droga/nurga quests, those will let you work on faction (chardok), XP/AA, and quest at the same time.

We (beastlords) can solo VS and the dragon at the end?

Druid epic is VS Remains, not the real VS.  Much much easier.

I had help with Fay, dragged 4 people over (SK tank, ranger, chanter, rogue) + me and my druid.  Took us a good 30 minutes to get there.  Fight took 1 minute.

Coldain Ring, up to either 8 or 9 (I'm conscious that your AAs are low, I know that 9th ring can be soloed, but full defensive AAs help a lot for this).  Some minor tradeskills required for 1, 3 and 9.

Qeynos Badge, assuming that you are a good race.

Seru earring, level 2 or 3.

Kromriff Military Leggings, although they aren't really worth doing; and Coldain Military Wristguard.

Any of the Nurga/Droga quests.  Chardok ring 1 and 2.

Charasis key, VP key, VT key.

The enchanter illusion iksar spell quest - spell is dropable.

Any of the Sol Ro quests that aren't dependent on ultra rare spawns.  The magician bracelet with clicky Eye of Zomm is still quite nice, for instance.

Tunare cleric/druid: the root necklace.
Inny cleric/shaman: the snare necklace.
Brell cleric (dwarf or gnome): the beer necklace.

Sure, but if you got those parts sitting around in the bank, it's np. :)

You can do the main work of them, anyhow.

Seru Earring is soloable until you have to kill the heads of each pyramids. Easy quest well worth the time especially if your guild kill Seru and you can get the final one.

I believe you should have an easy time soloing both of these quests. Plus you can pick up the FT1 necklace that drops from any mob in Natimbi, it sells for well over 50k on Veeshan, and should help with your equipment upgrades immensly.

Go kill a boatload of goblins in Droga and Nurga, or (better yet) some stuff in Charok B to get faction in Chardok; then you can get your rechargable damage shield casting ring.  

If you can get some people together to kill Trak, you can complete an extension of this quest for the spirit wracked cords, a nice item (I'm currently working on this).

Another fun quest is the new one to celebrate the 5 year anniversary; I can't remember the name atm.

Solo down to Trakanon and farm a reet crown for the Illusion quest out of Guk.

It's a blast being alone that deep in sebilis trying to figure out how you're going to pull certain rooms.  My latest attempt made me instant gate out when I pulled 7 juggs.

Supposedly you can invis past some of the shrooms, juggs, and frogs, but where's the fun in that?  =P

Look at the free the slaves quest from Nurga, and the equivalent from Droga.  Very soloable, and the Droga rewards are likely to be upgrades (and the Nurga ones might be as well, if you have just Bazaar gear).

The Grimling Forest scout/veteran camps are very easily soloable.  Drops are okish.

You can solo the war in Hollowshade moor, gets ya a ft1 range.
