CHEST - "Scepter held by Dranik himself", Tattered Chimera Pelt X3

What's the item name for the scepter?  Would be nice to have.

its the scepter of the named in WoS (raid mob), start with V, Veltor or some shtuff. Seems to be a common drop now. Seeing how this is just above ornate gear this is a fitting mob.

The scepter is supposedly from Velkitorin or whatever in WoS...

I recently got the hat and the gloves and that puts me up to 10 DS weee..

You need warmly faction to the Dranik Loyalists, and Barrowsar is in a castle-like building in the southeast wing in the Bloodfields.

Scepter for the chest piece is "Dragorn Elder Scepter" Drops from 2 known mobs:

nice post, the jerkin clicky, whats the recast and is it pet or self buff, the spell info reads, pet target and self buff.

now for the stupid question ...

The buff affects the pet, I see that, but what does it actually do?

If I am understanding it correctly, the pet does more damage with blunt weapons and tanks a little better with the neg15 damage taken for a whopping 18 sec.

It's an offensive disc and defensive disc all in one.. that lasts for 18 seconds

so you got to give your pet 1 hb for this to work? - that sucks
