OK this is a must know.. U have to turn in at least 5 items to get the charm. Once u turn in 5 or more u get the charm then u can move on.  I am sure there is alot more to this, but this is all I know atm.  Good Luck

Made my Baker's charm yesterday on the first attemp. *happydance*. Together with Slipgear's Gem it has AC 35, +30 all stats, +20 all resists except corruption, and +150 HP/mana/endurance. 8-)

Going for the Artisan's next, mainly because of the second aug slot.

Those stats are if you have 300 in those seven tradeskills. If you have less: (((tradeskill average) - 100) / 200) * (each stat above). And if you're between 51 and 70, multiply that by (level/70) as well. There are really only a few beastlords that have worked tradeskills enough to make this worthwhile...less than 100 of us serverwide have more than a 230 average (I'm number 82 on that list. It's close, but I'm hanging onto my Arena Champions Badge for now.)

The Linquist's note is in a book on a table in CR; second floor
Trinket of Scale is found on the named drake in Sunderrock that spawns where you do the 3ft aug quest. Drake's name begins with a D but I forget the rest
Doomfount is a named elemental that spawns in that same location
Lock of Veldyn's hair apparently drops of a named (Slaver something) in sunderock outside of the mines
Dromek worry stone is the reward of a quest in the Mesa from Syrnn (or close to that). Kill the 3 harpies around her

This board gets a lot of traffic. Would be great to keep this going. Based on the number of items in the moors/mesa I wouldn't be surprised if all of the TSS zones have several drops. The ground spawns I have found have refreshed in a minute or less which is cool.

kk.. this was from a named that spawned on the s side of the springs.  I duo'd it with my GF necro, but i coulda solo'd easy enough honestly.  Was a caster, so wasted time casting on me rather than hitting me.  I do not recall his name tho.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I got charm after the first 5 or so, but have no stats on it. I have tried it equiped, unequiped, zoned with it equiped and unequiped. I ve turned in all CR,  BM, Mesa and  one from the roost....?? Still no stats =(.. any ideas?

It took me toons all of the moors, CR, and mesa before I saw stats. Way uber too.....1AC 23hp/mana/end. My theory is each zone has probably 10 drops if the 71(known) legs of slipgear2.0 is any indication.

Artisans Charm was well woth it for me. Took around 6/7 hours to get enough drops for 3 attempts at the clay ( succeded on first attempt so a bit of wasted time )

With Blacksmithing 234,Fletching 276,Tailoring 291 ( others maxed ) slipgear and wayfarer augs, charm came out at AC47, +48 stats, +38 resists and 357 hp/mana/end Makes me glad I spent all that time TS'ing when I had maxed xp.

My wayfarer aug sucks, but once i found out about the Wanderlust Aug (references: http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=53631, http://crucible.samanna.net/viewtopic.php?t=3363), I went ahead and made the Artisan Charm. With my tradeskill average of 235, stats came out at AC20, 16 stats, 13 resists, 150 hp/mana/end. I then added Slipgear (AC10, stats 15, resists 10, 50 h/m/e) and a partially done Wanderlust (AC7, 11 stats, 7 resists, 48 h/m/e so far, see link for potential) to get something that's already an upgrade. Obviously it's going to get better.
